Safeguarding
Hirers organising events involving young people and/or for adults at risk of harm are expected to have their own safeguarding policy and procedures, and to undertake a visit/risk assessment with the theatre at the time of booking to ensure that all access and changing room requirements can be met. The Headgate Theatre does not supply chaperones for children, or a ‘responsible person’ for adults, to hirers.
