You can book your tickets in various ways. For each ticket bought there is an additional £1.50 booking fee that supports the running of the theatre.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

All ticket bookings are subject to Headgate Theatre Terms and Conditions of sale. Additional terms and conditions will apply for tickets booked online.
We are moving to a cashless booking system and request all payments to be made by card where possible. If you have difficulty in using a card, then please ring us and we will try and resolve the issue for you.

Refunds, resales and exchanges

Refunds are handled under Secure My Booking, when this is purchased at the same time as tickets. Refunds will not otherwise be provided. Secure My Booking terms and conditions can be found here.

Exchanges of tickets for another performance of the same event may be made through the Box Office, providing 48 hours notice is given.

Cancelled or Rescheduled Shows 

The Headgate Theatre will endeavour to notify ticket holders of a show/performance cancellation, provided that the ticket holder has supplied sufficient contact details at the time of booking. Should a performance be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee being able to contact ticket holders prior to the event. If a show/performance is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the opportunity to exchange to a different performance where possible.

 

Lost tickets

If you lose your tickets, don’t panic! We will ask you a few security questions to make sure that you are the person that bought the tickets and then reprint or re-email them. Please allow plenty of time before the start of the performance for us to do this.

Headgate Theatre Gift Vouchers

We sell our own gift vouchers, available in any denomination, valid for one year and usable for any ticket purchase at the Headgate Theatre.
