The N.E.T.G. nominations are out!

Congratulations to all the nominees for this year’s North Essex Theatre Guild Awards!

Headgate Theatre Productions (HTP) and the Headgate Young Company (HYC) are proud to have received 34 nominations between them for this year’s awards.

The North Essex Theatre Guild (N.E.T.G.) is dedicated to helping amateur theatre in the area. The productions of the 40 amateur groups in the guild can be adjudicated by members of a panel who go on to nominate cast, crew and front of house for the annual awards. 66 productions were adjudicated in the last year. This year’s winners will be announced at the Awards Evening on the 8th of September at the Princes Theatre, Clacton.

The Alan Meekings Award for Best Supporting Actor – Nick Edgeworth as John
