Help to set the scene – join our Board of Trustees!
We are looking to recruit new Trustees to help guide the future direction of the Theatre Arts Action Trust (TAAT), the registered charity and company dedicated to supporting and sustaining the Headgate Theatre in Colchester.
Our trustees play a vital role as strategic advisers and supportive partners to our Headgate Director and our volunteer Management Group.
As we move forward with our ‘Now and Next and Beyond’ strategy, build momentum under the leadership of our new Headgate Director, and look ahead to our 25th anniversary in 2027, this is an exciting moment to strengthen our Board.
We are particularly keen to hear from people with expertise or experience in areas such as financial management or accounting, charity and/or company law, digital skills, fundraising, social media and communications, environment and sustainability or volunteer management. However, we are open to anyone who feels they have skills, experience or enthusiasm to contribute.
