We’ve got some changes to our Box Office phone number and our prices starting from Monday 1st September.
Box Office Telephone Service
As a community charity, we need to make the most of our limited staff hours. So, we’re handing over our ticket phone service to our provider, TicketSource.
New Box Office Number: 0333 666 3366 (Calls are charged at local rates.)
Opening Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9am – 7pm
Saturday: 9am – 5pm (closed Bank Holidays)
There is still a person on the other end of the phone, and if you call our old number (01206 366000), you’ll be re-directed to the new service, but there’ll be a short delay. Please let us know if you experience any issues: tickets@headgatetheatre.co.uk
Note: The Box Office will no longer be open in person on Thursday and Friday afternoons. We’ll be contacting those who usually visit then to find the best alternative.
Price Changes
Like many others, we’re feeling the pressure of rising costs. (Our electricity bill has more than doubled!). So, we’ve had to make a few small changes to our prices.
Booking Fees
The fee per ticket will increase from £1 to £1.50.
This helps cover rising costs from our ticketing provider, which are based on a percentage of ticket value. Including the fee in the ticket price isn’t possible due to how we work with hirers and suppliers.
Parking Vouchers
These will increase from £2 to £2.50.
Available for St Mary’s, St John’s, or Britannia car parks. Ideal for parking prior to 6pm. Reminder: St John’s Street car park closes at 7pm, so isn’t suitable for evening shows.
Ice Creams
These will be £3 each (up by 50p). Still cheaper than most London theatres!
