Join James as he takes a trip down memory lane and reminisces on a life full of adventure, luck, mischief, and mishap – all told with plenty of humour.

After developing a schoolboy interest in explosives, James took his bravery onto the international stage with a hitchhiking tour of Europe in the 70’s where his chance encounters with some weird and wonderful characters led to many a tale.

After pretending to a potential employer in Austria that he could ski, his love for the mountains never left, but also nearly cost him his life after a 50-foot fall in Snowdonia.

All profits from ticket sales will be donated to St Helena Hospice who looked after James’ wife before she passed away 10 years ago.
