We’re delighted to introduce a trial of our weekly in-person Box Office at the Headgate Theatre.
From Wednesday 23 September, our Box Office will be open every Wednesday from 1pm–3pm, giving you the opportunity to pop in, speak to a member of our team, ask any questions and book your tickets in person.
We know that not everyone wants to book online, and we want your experience with the Headgate to be as easy, welcoming and enjoyable as possible- from the moment you decide to see a show to the moment you take your seat.
So, if you prefer a face-to-face conversation, need a little help choosing your tickets, or simply fancy popping in to say hello, we’ll be here every Wednesday, 1pm–3pm.
This is currently being introduced as a trial period, and we’ll be keeping an eye on how the service is used and listening to your feedback as we go.
