At the current time the box office is not open to personal callers, and we would ask that you use the secure online booking facility where possible. Other ticket booking options are set out below.
The box office will be staffed on a daily basis except Sundays, but our volunteers or staff may be working remotely. Please bear with us as we adapt to this new way of working.
We appreciate that a number of people are holding credits. The Diary of Anne Frank, Abigail’s Party and Jumpy are all scheduled for our autumn season and we will be contacting you to determine your wishes. Please note that you may exchange your credit for any production in the summer season if you wish.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a credit, setting out the event that you would like the credit set against, the date and the number of people in the party. Alternatively, you can leave a message on the theatre answerphone with a contact number and we will get back to you!
Our refund policy is amended for Covid and will be reviewed at the end of October. (see below).
Following recent government announcements regarding the relaxation of the guidelines around the Covid-19 pandemic, we are now able to allow full capacity audiences into our theatre once again. Our priority remains the same, to keep our Patrons, Volunteers, Performers and Staff safe and ensure they feel confident in the measures we have in place.
Our safety measures will continue to include:
Instructing Patrons, Volunteers, Performers and Staff to stay at home if they feel unwell.
Encourage everyone to wear a face covering (unless exempt) especially while moving around the building and when using the toilets or at the bar.
Continue to provide sanitising stations and encourage their use by all who enter our building.
Encouraging cashless payments at our bar.
Continuing with our enhanced cleaning methods and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the building.
Our “See it Safely” commitment allows you to book with confidence. Exchanges and refunds are permitted up to 24 hours prior to a performance for Covid-related reasons.
Our auditorium is well ventilated with a system that meets the enhanced requirements.
If you have any questions or feedback please do email us at email@example.com

We offer an actively managed telephone answering service and will call you back.
With limited availability of seats for the socially distanced shows we recommend booking using our online services if at all possible.
All ticket bookings are subject to Headgate Theatre Terms and Conditions of sale. These can be viewed here. Additional terms and conditions will apply for tickets booked online.

We do not under normal circumstances offer refunds on the sale of tickets purchased unless a production is sold out. The resale and exchange of tickets may be made in certain circumstances, subject to management discretion.

For other events, we will ask you a few security questions to make sure that you are the person that bought the tickets and then reprint or re-email them. Please allow plenty of time before the start of the performance for us to do this.
