The Headgate has a secure partner in "Ticket Source" from where you can book most tickets and places online. We would encourage you to do that please. Our programme and activities can be viewed on the What's On section of our website.
We realise however that there are some occasions when it is necessary to talk to a member of our team to assist you with your enquiry. The box office telephone will usually be manned on weekdays between 10.00 am and 12.30 pm.
If the call is not answered by a person please leave your name and contact details with a brief message and one of us will get back to you within 24 hours.

Our new programme for the summer is now on line, and Monday sessions for our seniors group, Act V, will be available to book from 17th May.
For socially distanced events, our normal seating plan is suspended, and we will organise seating for each performance to maintain household groupings.
Please book your tickets on line where possible via the links on the What's On page.
If however we are holding a credit for you from previously cancelled shows, and you wish to claim it, you will have to contact us.
We would prefer that you send an e mail to email@example.com setting out which tickets you would like that credit set against. Alternatively you can leave a message on the theatre answerphone. Leave us a name and contact number and we will get back to you!
